JioFiber gateway cannot proceed with login request and reads "A critical error encountered while loading web page." instead of logging me in.

Upon visiting my gateway ip '192.168.29.1' and entering relevant creds (username: 'admin', and i had changed the password instead of the default Jiocentrum), the site just says "A critical error encountered while loading web page". I cannot proceed further at all. I know that the creds are a 100% valid.
Besides, this issue occurs regardless of what I enter in the username/password fields, regardless of it being right or not, this error is just shown and nothing further can be done on the page.

On a side note, the html title tag of this page reads "$|COMPANY_NAME|$ : $|APP_NAME|$". Is it completely broken?? How do i fix this mess?? Can you guys successfully login to your gateways on jiofiber? Is it a local issue on my end? How do I fix it??
 
I understand, but is there any other fallback? I want to prevent resetting it as I had configured some settings on the portal which I wish to not to redo all over again.

There is no suggested solution for the same, and there are no mentions of this issue anywhere else, atleast as per my scrounge.
 
I had the same issue when I changed the password first time. I couldn't find any solution and had to reset it.
