Yes, latency is higher on Jio than alliance. But there is no packet loss in either of the networks. Try to get your connection fixed, else opt for Jio. The latency might be slightly higher, but there won't be any stability issue in terms of speed and connection uptime.

Bro, there are no geforce now servers in india . So, you will probably get 100+ms ping as you will be connected to nearest country geforce now server
