JioFiber ping issues on pubg mobile

Getting high and fluctuating ping on pubg mobile ranging from 48ms to 250ms.issue from past 15 days.
Router upgraded by jio to dual band(blue color) but still issue persists.
anyone having the same issue and any suggestions to fix.

Used to get constant 20 ms on Asia server but getting 120-150 ms from past few days.

I'm also getting 60-144ms ping in Jio Fiber. I have 150mbps plan, this is completely unacceptable for such a plan. Wish I had a better isp
