JioFiber router allows only one device on its default 5Ghz access point

I have noticed after resetting my router that after a certain period of about 48 hours it allows only one device on its default 5GHz access point. The number of 'Max asssociated devices' is set to the default 22. I have to disable this access point using MyJio app and enable the other 5Ghz access point named Jio_2. I think Jio is playing dirty to avoid usage of full bandwidth.

Did anybody else have similar experiences?

Stop blaming your ISP for everything. I have almost 10 devices connected on 5Ghz. It could be some issue with your box or the settings.

I have reset my router at least 5 times within a month with no success. There are no issues connecting each device individually.

Why are you resetting your router? Have logged in a complaint yet?

And after resetting first time you are still following what they are saying? Tell them you are getting low speeds. Say you are connected to LAN yet low speeds. This will force them to send a technician to your place.
