JioFiber slow connection

I am on trial 150 Mbps plan for 1 month.Lately,I have been experiencing issues.My messages on whatsapp takes more than 5 seconds to be send to another person.Also,instagram posts and stories are taking time to load.Please help.

Speedtest results are okay ?
Do some ping tests to fb , cloudfare, Amazon aws servers.
If all is good you can check MTU values also if using personal router etc .
