Jiojoin not working with custom dns

Hey guys, I'm currently using Jio Fiber with a custom DNS and have disabled IPv6. However, I'm having trouble with the JioJoin calling application—it's not working. Does anyone know how to use JioJoin without enabling IPv6? Any help would be appreciated!

First tell me how you have disabled ipv6 ??

I changed my ipv6 DNS recently and voice call stopped working. I called local Jio Team. They came and replaced my router and started working again.

There is an option inside the Jio Fiber router called 'IP Mode,' where both 'IPv4 only' and 'IPv4 & IPv6' are available. If you select 'IPv4 only,' then IPv6 will not work.
