1. I think I am public ipv4. How do I check it for sure?

2. Ipv6 is not working.

3. Is portforwarding needed even if you have a public ip?
the portforward feature on this router doesn't have the option to enter the port numbers. It just lets you select - tcp/udp/ both
I checked port 80 and various websites are showing it as closed. How do I check for portforwarding and make sure that my internet is accessible from the outside?

4. Let me know if you want me to do any tests.

edit 1. -- here is how the port forward option looks like

edit 2. - don't think I'm getting a public ipv4. I rebooted the router and it got changed but the ip that I see in router webpage is matching with the ip when I type 'what is my ip' in google.

getting supershit international speed

edit 3. - Can network savy folks please help me in setting up bridge mode on this router.

Are you actually running a server on port 80 before check on website?

not running any server. I play a video game that requires port 80 and 443 to be forwarded. I simply want to test whether port forwarding is working or not.

rocket league. a correction *not needed. the game works even without port forwarding but I wanted to open the ports and see whether this feature is working or not.

If you forward port 80 you also need some sort of server to listen on ... aka open... that port... before the outside website can check whether the port is really accessible from the outside world.
