JUST GOT TATA Connection...not bad.!!

and the connection lasted just 2 days, it was down in morning for like 4-5 hours grrr... I made a complaint to CC and they told me the most dumbest thing i've heard. When I told him I cant even ping the gateway, he tells me to clear the internet explorer temp files...ROFL!!!. MTNL guys are better in this respect, when they dont know(mostly the case) they stay shut up and dont try to act smart. @kulucom...difference is that I've paid 4 months advance rental!!I can obviously change my plan after 4 months but we're talking about changing it in middle of these 4 months period.

they have 1 plain sheet of paper in front. with question person asks and answer to be given. once they by heart the answer they give it randomly regardless of question asked. or sometimes previous call solved the problem with that answer and new customer's problem looks similar so:"Yeah thats the right answer!"

Wow its down again, and this time link light is gone!! I think I need to start saving the complaint data .

i make it a point to send a mail to airtel everytime i notice a problem. they generate a ticket for every mail. i love bothering airtel people.
