Kerala: BSNL Bharat Fiber New Plans (30/100/200/300mbps)

One of two things:
1) You'll be upgraded to an existing plan, or a newly created plan, which has a good chance of being slightly more expensive.
2) Your current plans may get approved as permanent plans, and will continue without changes.

Seems like BSNL upgraded my 777 plan to 100mbps. And they even reset FUP count. I was over 300GB a few days ago, now I'm at 64.

Speedtests are somwhere over 60mbps, IDM via LAN and ADM over WiFi hit's 80-90 mbps. I'd still recommend the fiber value plan over this. 500gb at this speeds is nothing.

After 23 days, plan's changed to Fibre value :)(y).

My service request status on selfcare is 'complete'.

Selfcare / my facilities / 047phone number (Click here for more information) shows
Fibre Value Bharat Fiber Combo Plan
Bharat Fiber Broadband Bharat Fiber BB

Fuptopup shows. This months usage also shows a reset to 0.
HS-H-UPG-100MB-3300G-2MB-GPON-M

Bsnl kerala atleast doesnt seem to pay attention to selfcare. Thankfully I had an acquaintance there. Going in person to the nearest office to follow up might help.

Yep, it's like you have to create a self care request and then go to Twitter and get it escalated! 😑 I had to go the Twitter route for all my self care plan changes.

Anyone reading this, i guess plan change is automated. After raising request in selfcare portal, reboot the modem after 2-3 hours to get the plan updated.

@Raptorx Is that something new? Cause for me it was definitely not automated earlier this month. If you don't mind, could you please share a screenshot of the service request status from the self-care portal? I'm interested in the time stamps 😅
