Kerala: BSNL Bharat Fiber New Plans (30/100/200/300mbps)

@varkey

https://redirect1.bbportal.bsnl.co.in/portal/

how can i login into that site? i tried with my pppoe username and password, it says user profile not found , i still can't make a account on selfcare portal as well, i never receive otp, all the people i spoke to regarding this have no idea to fix this issue, i have no idea why i won't receive the otp from the selfcare website

@Massivesiege Yes, with PPPoE creds. However if it doesn't work for you, maybe you should try another link like fuptopup.bsnl.co.in.

Maybe they entered your number incorrectly or something, try submitting a request to update the number.

this site fuptopup.bsnl.co.in works with pppoe login details but the one you linked above shows no record, the weird part of self portal is i receive all bsnl messages on my number when the new connection was activated and even the billing info , but the website will not send otp, i will raise a complaint regarding this , but the attitude of the tollfree number morons are shocking

had to report to the sde yesterday about the talk i had with one of the kollam based landline customer care number, After changing pppoe password on the fuptopup website. i couldn't log in with either password, when i called them up to reset it back to password, he proceeded to tell me why i was wasting everyone's time doing stuff like this , and apparently i do this often, (connection is not even a month old) , i told him i am doing it because bsnl in all their wisdom put the password as password, and the facility exist for customer to use, the asshole then proceeded to keep repeating how i am wasting everyone's time and that he will call some exchange to get it reset, which he never did, had to call back 6 hours later for another person to do everything

no idea if this is just the attitude of support from people at kollam, but without any sort of check and balances in place,to even raise complaints or accountability for that matter, these people feel they are entitled to act any way they want , the sde who i reported to said he will look into the matter,i doubt anything will be done regarding this

sorry for the rant just thought i would add this for anyone else reading

How to change plan ? How to check if it is available ? Is it possible through this portal ? Please give me the PLAN ID for 449 Plan, new Fiber Basic Plan ?

It is possible to make a request from the portal. But if you really want to get the plan changed, better to visit nearest BSNL office and give a paper application. The new plans are available only in Ernakulam and TVM, I believe.

Anyone else facing disconnects for the last couple of days? Rx power seems constant, it's something between LCO and BSNL. It's getting too annoying now.

This started to happen ever since they released their new plans, it was rock stable before that. Never disconnected. I know they don't want to give better plans for rural people, I just hope they haven't done anything here for giving more capacity to urban areas. (conspiracy time..)
