Kerala Vision Netlink Router

hi guys i took kerala vision broadband few days ago. they gave me Netlink hg323rgw xpon ont. The login behind the router was "user" and password. I came to know that there is another "root" username which is not provided for the customer and all qos,pppoe,vlan settings are only available in "root" username and not in "user". does anybody know the password for the "root" user? Thanks
