It has been 10 days since I first called and no one has come yet. I called them thrice after that but each time they said they would tell their manager etc. How do I escalate this issue further?

contact "reliance appellate authority" :)

isn't it bad service that nobody is coming for ur connection ?

they hear every problem of a person which is not treated well by customer care.. so just go ahead, there is nothing to think so much, they will not send u to jail for calling them :P
 
The service has not even started. Wouldn't hurt though to just send an email. Thanks.Whats that xls file?
 
same goes for MTNL..

would tend to disagree..have been with them for past 12 months and their freedom 800 plan rocks! at least in my area (hauz khas)...you could say;as with other isp's that service quality varies area wise in different parts of Delhi/country..much like the way it rains in Delhi..colony wise :-)

Your plan rocks because you are located fairly close to the exchange..
I am sure though that you will agree that MTNL's customer service and public relations (If you ever needed) is nothing to write home about..

That's true..they are just good at one thing though.....send the linesman over for any issue (even unrelated to line problem)...haha
I had issue with not getting full 2 mbps cos of low sync rates...took me 10 mails to their GM..even got a call back from him. i guess they are trying to improve in south delhi and their service is good in ndmc areas.

did your issue of low speeds at night from reliance get resolved?
