@luckyph Thank you for the info.
Changed the DNS in ONT, but the router didn't reflect the changes. Had to reboot the router to get BSNL DNS.
Now both sites work. And I can check the usage with the username+password combo taken from ONT.
However, this poses a problem. We cannot use third-party DNS (Google, Cloudflare, etc) if we want to check usage.
It appears BSNL is estimating usage from checking the traffic that flows through its DNS. Using third-party DNS screws up the calculation completely.
@sloj The selfcarebbportal still shows "User profile not found". This portal should have accepted the username+password combo, which works on the Redirect portals. Had this site allowed creating an account, we might have been able to use third-party DNS, perhaps even check usage (not possible if BSNL demands we use their DNS to calculate estimate usage).

@alap4m I don't touch Router DNS setting all I do is change DNS on PC whenever I want to check FUP.

Please Note: You can check only your account, if you try different account you'll get Invalid User ID or Password.

@alap4m You don't even need to change DNS at router level, changing on the device temporarily is enough. These are internal sites and are of no use to a person on another ISP and opening it to public is sort of useless. As I said previously, these sites just retrieve and view data that already exist, creating account is not its purpose.

@luckyph OK. I have never had to touch DNS settings on a PC. Will keep this in mind. Thanks.
@sloj I will experiment with the DNS change on a device from where I will access the Redirect websites.
What perplexes me is that the selfcarebbportal shows "User profile not found". This portal should have accepted the username+password combo just like the Redirect websites.

It could just be zone based, otherwise why create 3 separate sites. Only redirect2 works for me and @luckyph. Nothing much to think about.

Also, the sites can be accessed with their IP address but it won't be secure (http) and trying to login will throw error except the redirect1bbportal IP address which redirects to https.

The usage data loads now. Maybe it was just a data generation delay at the source and hence the retrieval failed.
