Today in France there still exists secret regions. This film is a personal quest, the story of a crazy bet tempted by a dreamy passion, an anti-hero capable of breaking all the barriers in order to achieve his goal: to encounter wild wolves in their natural environment. After spending three years on the ground, bivouaquing in the middle of nowhere and in whatever weather, the director managed to track down the wolves. Little by little, he observes, gets closer, and ends up being accepted by the wolf pack. Against all expectations, the magnifique predators then offer a little of their intimate lives to this strange character. But the film also questions the boundaries of this intimacy.
