i am bsnl 500+ combo plan with MT 800 modem. lan light turns to red immediately after connecting. think it is some indication. otherwise there is no problem. speed is the same. pls help me solve this.
Save present settings of the modem to say c://mt800 settings.If it works do not repair it /Post ipconfig /allstart run type cmd type ipconfig /allConfirm you have access to mt800 or user manual or quick installation guide.
the red light indicates that you are successfully authenticated to the BSNL network.. when it turns green it means ADSL link present and when it turns red it means you are connected to the internet.. its a common thing!!
