Laptop for around Rs. 50,000

A niece needs it. She is into textile designing and stuff. So I believe they use things like CorelDraw etc. Budget is around Rs. 50,000 but expendable. No Macs. Her brother has the retina Macbook and she does not like it.

There was a Lenovo model that was available at a good deal on some store? Does that work here? Optional extendable battery would be good.

I am planning to get a laptop next month or so, at 40-50k range.
Usage : basically going to mba college so office/business use + maybe occasional casual gaming and movies if time permits
I am looking at i5 6th gen mostly and there are loads that fit my budget with even a dedicated GPU but hardly any with a 1080p screen. Why are 1080p laptops 65k+?
Also how much of a difference is 6th and 5th gen gonna make? Cause most 6th gen laptops are coming with the same old 1600 MHz DDR3 Ram anyway. Why haven't manufacturers switched to DDR4 yet?
Mostly looking at Dell and Asus for now.
