I use a local isp provider and im sharing my traceroute to 151.106.248.1 which is for riot sg valorant

As you can see Nr.10 belongs to TATA Communications Ltd (http://if-bundle-34-2.qcore2.esin4-singapore.as6453.net/) 180.87.36.41
The latency was around 55ms last year sept and has increased since. Anyway to reach out to them and ask them to fix back the routing?
