Local isp ASN info I visited that site local LCO wireless, and only two exchanges are listed: NIXI and DE-CIX Mumbai. Will this connection be suitable for video calls and general gaming and torrent files on few occasions?
I don't possess enough knowledge to comprehend the information provided on websites for evaluating ISP service quality.
I also confirmed LCO doesn't provide IPV6 functionality.

It is not airtel, but a small isp (as135826) using airtel as its downstream, so it should be fine on the conditions that the lco is not overselling connections and is maintaining a good uptime. Other than that to check the service quality you could just test it out with few of your required things like doing some speedtest, or try downloading files as per your requirements and decide accordingly.

+1 on what @anubhav11 said. Routing wise it seems fine. If you have someone around who is already using it, you can ask for feedback. Else only way to test would be to go for it (for short term 1-3 months) before committing for longer usage.

This would depend on many other factors besides routing. Routing wise it would be good. However it's hard to know of congestion, quality of last mile fibre deployment etc.
