Can we, as consumers, take legal action against AFUP?

I know about that thread, but that thread is mostly about checking who is experiencing AFUP's effects. I want to know if any legal action is possible.

Yes. You have options such as - PIL (High Court / Supreme Court), TDSAT, MRTP court, Consumer Court.Consumer court would be the least preferable. PIL would be the most. But you have to have the guts to fight it through.
