mobile and utility bills are still not a part of CIBIL. PAN Card is not a mandatory document for Mobile Connection as of now. So these are not getting linked.

the post and re-post by the vodafone CnP team itself gives us a clue how good the voda team is working they arent ready to help the one who is in need , instead pulling someone who is helping the TS !!
