Well I'm not a big fan of 4g right now either, will wait until the prices come down but then I was told that this phone is 4g capable and will be pissed if it isn't [emoji34]

Demo piece = tortured piece. Check it properly before accepting. Personally speaking I wouldn't buy a demo piece no matter how low the price is.

Around 10-15k approx
15 if you can find a buyer in Olx or Quikr type marketplace
10-12k if you sell to a dealer / exchange price
