Is it hardened protector? How to install it? Scratch free? Thickness?

yes, its made of glass. Installation is very easy, just place it correctly aligned and it automatically sticks, you don't even have to press it. Thickness is 0.25mm.

Its as reflective as the screen without any cover, so seems good.

Only thing I fear is bubbles.... ... I am stupid at installing these things, Hope its takes cares of bubbles itself.
