Live Chat on Amazon India for Apple products

Not sure when this was added. If you search for Apple products, Amazon website shows a Live Chat option at the bottom right at least on their website.

Funny enough, the live chat option also appears if you just search for Apple and it show apples in search results.

It could be Apple Support which are being removed from Social media?
