Live.com is not opening on BSNL Broadband

So I knew that BSNL blocks some websites like file sharing.
But it looks like they are also blocking LIVE email website for some reason.

Is there any way I can access this particular website as its quite important. Opera turbo didn't work.

If Opera Turbo does not work, the site is probably down. Are you talking about outlook.com?

Yes. Mobile data connection is opening it fine.
Opera turbo opens it but when I submit the credentials to login, the next page doesn't load.

Could there be any reason why I am not able to open it? The settings are default, the same what the bsnl guy put.

I guess it is time you should switch to a third party dns service provider I recommend Google Public DNS.

Switching to Google DNS was the first thing I tried when I found the website to be blocked. Didn't help.

makes no sense in that case. i see no reason why bsnl would block access to outlook.com which is a fairly popular email service here in india.

Try switching to these DNS:

IP: 194.132.32.32
IP: 46.246.46.246

same thing. The login page is opening but after I enter the details, it keeps on "Connecting" and then error.
