I would like to get some help finding a suitable Mobile Broadband service during my 3 months stay in Kerala (Kottayam). Checked Reliance website. seems very costly. Any other 3G/DataCard service available in kerala for use on a laptop?
Reliance have reduced the rates of Netconnect BB+ to 2300 from 3500. I think Tata have also reduced to similar rate.Else check if BSNL is having EVDO tower in your area. They have rental scheme for device.
The best option available for Kerala at the moment is from Idea Cellular. Unlimited usage (Prepaid) for only Rs. 699/- per month. This is very cheap to what the reliance and others are charging. Ironically it wouldnt come up in the google search !
