Looking for GPS s/w without Data connection

I am actually looking for the europe version as of now ... I tried checking all other s/w but this was the cheapest ...

not really.. sygic for whole europe at this price would be a steal imo.. plus tom tom maps are pretty good as per what I read on the net.
