Looking for high speed unlimited internet plans

Hey guys I am from Bikaner[Raj.] n currently a Bsnl broadband sufferer. I would like to know my options if i am willing to pay 2000-2500 per month for unlimited data plan without any restrictions by any ISP with a minimum downloading speed of 400-500kbs(is that too much to ask?)
Since its a small town i live in so no other land line ISPs' are available here. What shall i do? Kindly suggest.

Yes reliance 3g is here but their servers are down frequently. Even if i consider relaince what shall i choose?

Does Bikaner have Reliance EvDO (Netconnect+) or BSNL EvDO? Find out. Either is cheap.
797 for unlimited on Reliance. 750 for unlimited on BSNL EvDO.

Idk. Its wireless. You can't judge without testing.

Both should give 2 mbps practically .
