Loss of network signal on

I am consumer of Excitel and facing loss of signal since 21 of July 2025, more than 7 days have passed yet I do not see the issue resolved after multiple contact with customer care the recored answer that we are working on it , escalated the issue with the to technical team we will update you on this, there technical and senior member too look inefficient. Since I have six months plan and more than 4 months are still to go, I had to take back up connection as well, so never trust Excitel they are not worth it.
