My friend is facing a problem. Please assistplan : home 500modem : UT300R2the network speed is fluctuating and changing each time modem reboots (normally in course of usage).The snr margin is low at 11/8 (D/U) and attenuation 29/16 (D/U). i DON"T face any disconnectionissues or anything.The average speed i get is Upstream : 512 kbps (seems fine and usually not changing)Downstream : 32-2048 kbps (keeps fluctuating)Also i noticed that in "network statistics" it shows "Overruns - 49"...I've tried connecting phone line directly/with splitter/ with and without phone connection, but no change.Any suggestions on where the problem could be ?
