Low upload speeds...

i have the Unlimited 750+ plan.. used to get .24 mB downand .19 mB up, 2x for a month, now i get .48 - .50 down and .19 up.

if my download increased, shouldn't my upload also increase?!? can i complain to BSNL for this.. seeding and online gaming is hard in such low upspeeds... :/ or is there something else i can do?

(i think i have a .19 mB barrier for upload, never ever crosses .19 mB, NEVER) [upload was same with UT starcom 300R2u and my present D-Link GLB-802c]

Me too using UL 750. My upload speed increased to 40. You can complain with BSNL.

main thing is whenever i compplain to them, they just give a docket number and do nothing -_-. that pisses me off big time...
