Lower speed on Static Ip but full speeds on dynamic?

Hi, I have an Airtel Office internet 1499 plan 300 Mbps with a static ip. Bridge mode is enabled on port 4 and connected to my UDM Pro From the past few months I was getting around 270 Mbps up and down which I thought was near enough my promised speed. However from the past 1 month my speeds are down to 200Mbps. When I got it checked, if they connect directly from the Nokia router they are getting a dynamic Ip and 320 Mbps but if they connect using static ip, its 200 Mbps both from the nokia router and my UDM Pro.

Has anyone faced this?

Also my static ip connected through udm pro works simultaneously with the dynamic ip connected through the nokia router, can I use both together? Has anyone done it?

I've same issue, on static ip the max im getting is around 90, dynamic is 300. Complained multiple times engineer has no idea whats going on. They are now suggesting router change but i cant agree as they don't even have any idea how they will setup everything as it is. They are not even promising that the Static ip will remian same.

Nothing works just cancel the existing static IP and get a new one
