lyf phone cant copy paste

Got wind 4 and so there is no option to copy paste files between external and internal storage except connecting it to pc.

tried installing many file explorer but sd card access is blocked.

did anyone root it via kingroot because i am unable to root it.

Instead of rooting, the best and safest solution is to disable the non-required apps. Restart your phone by removing and re-inserting the battery. Sometimes an app is locking SD card access.

If that doesn't work, factory reset your phone and start fresh. I don't know if it would be possible as you may have tampered with system files while trying to root. But worth a try.

@d5aqoëp do you have copy and paste option ?? can you tell me where it is i cant find it in file manager
