If nothing works, and you have access to a Linux machine, I would suggest writing a script to go through the 192.168.x.x range and see which one works. Shouldn't take long.

Now the Excitel CC is spitting shit that ₹750 ONU is just a convertor and it doesn't get any IP assigned hence one cannot login.
How do I proceed now?

I hope you have manually assigned ip address in ur pc first?

Not necessarily, these devices are in bridge mode by default and no config is required on the ONT device.
