Hi all,I visited rechargeitnow.com for the first time and made an online payment towards my Dish TV Account (listed there for making payments), since I avoid the denominated scratch cards which downgrade your package to Dish Platinum pack from my existing Maxi package.After processing my payment, the last page mentioned an error (somewhat identical to the crappy Dish TV website error right now).My problem is the money is gone from my ICICI account, but on the rechargeitnow.com website, the transaction history link has absolutely no history mentioned (payment successful / failed etc). The transaction comment on my ICICI online account statement states VIN/ONLINE RECH/followed by the date and time in Year Month Date and 24 hour time format.I also have a Tata Sky connection and recharge on it has been ABSOLUTELY hassle free with lots of flexibility. My Tata Sky experience for making payments has been always perfect.Rechargeitnow has only email form escalation procedures and no call centre no. listed. Seems to be a shady company.I know sometimes Dish TV online payment takes 2 business days. However since a third party is involved here, I am worried that my money is gone.I called the Dish TV call centre, but as always the call centre staff disconnects my call deliberately after hearing my issue.Can anybody please help me with options? I am clueless.
