I sorta worked out with my local guy and now I'm connected but getting random speeds, 80,20,15,90 Mbps

@vishalrao Yup. Speeds are as expected of the new plans. I am also facing several disconnections today. Actually I had called LCO yesterday to enquire about new plans. He told me that you will need to give an application in BSNL office for plan change and won't happen on selfcare. Nevertheless I tried on selfcare today and plan changed quickly.

Plan has changed but the speeds are same for me..I was on 33GBCUL 100Mbps and I'm getting 95Mbps

@Realme Just make an application addressing to the SDO and request to change plan. Never had to attach any documents. Just give your information in a letter format.

Ok i have weird situation. when I speedtest on laptop and mobile, its showing around 50mbps but when i speedtest on ipad then its showing 70-95 mbps dwld and 100 mbps upload.
when i use idm on youtube then its giving around 7mbps speed .

Yes if it's defective or optical power level is low
