mahindra Scorpio or tata safari or toyota innova

I am looking to purchase a new car which should take in easily my family of 5 inclusive of myself. The car which own now for almost more than a decade is the armada and am in need for a total change. The armada easily could contain my family, and i need good suggestions so as to which one of these three shortlisted one should i go for.Ramesh Shah
 
scorpio is fine but unstable on high speeds because of high stance.braking is so so.secondly service stations are in crude jeep stlyes.mhawk engine is good(powerful and efficent)..safari is of bygone days,though engine is good but overall fit and finish is poor and things will start getting on ur nerves after some use.some upgrade is also awaited..anyway its a tata product and u know them well...u cant go wrong with innova...nothing against it...perfect engine(runs smoothly upto 3 lac kms) ,suspension,body,chasis and fit finish...japanese got it all perfect..but that taxi image,i dont know if that is prevailent in ur area..still its best out of three...u'll love the drive short or long...imagine sitting in vip class plane...go get it.last but least(i dont work for any of them:thumbsup:)
 
Whatever you said is agreeable and a wise suggestion, but the kind of vehicle i am looking needs to have a powerful engine, which is there in a scorpio or a safari, and moreover the innova comes in the MUV segment. the innova have had been getting rave reviews, but many of suggested me to go for the scorpio when asked them personally or over the phone.Can you provide me with some technical differences of these three cars.??
 
I own a scorpio but I think safari is better. Dont know about innova (I would not because all TAXI's are INNOVA's) anyway what I like about safari is the arm rest for driver and pilion trey in the middle for the back seat. night lamps in the front and rare seats. Delux version also has a camera. My Best friend owns one and he makes me really jealous :D
 
some 4 days back an uncle of mine happened to come over to my place and he ownes a safari which he got along the trip, and i took it for a drive, and after ward i found it was a devent vehicle, but didn't happen to have that kind of power the scorpio had in it, and also that the car's engine sounds are a bit irritating to me and also that problems i did not find in the scorpio.
 
safari has seen so many variants just like most tata cars. tata does a lot of experiment with the new editions. engines are changed. body is improved.. and stuff like that. so its better to check out the latest edition of safari in the showroom to make a decision. personally i would not touch any tata branded car other than a nano. i suffer enough with my linea which is a fiat product but behaves like a tata branded piece of shite. mahindra has a much better reputation.
