hias a concerned and responsible customer( subscriber id XXXXXXXXXX), i m sending across to u a list of things which urgently need to b resolved by ur uplinking centre team. hope it is done soon, if ur uplinking center team needs to talk to me,they can do so by calling me on my mobile number.1- decrease compression on axnaxn is a very good channel and me and many others view it but Tata Sky has applied very high compression on axn detiorating its quality.its quality should b improved.2- four encoders faulty4 encoders placed at tata sky uplinking centre namely for discovery channel, pogo, disney xd and disney channel r having a problem of bluriness in picture,these encoders r not relaying proper pic quality ,if u read small characters and compare the feed of same channel on other platform, u will see due to ur encoders being faulty for these channels, alphabets will b little blurred and pic is also blurred slightly. please get in touch with the distributors of these channels and get new encoders for the same.3- pic adjustment of zee studio and zee cafe improperthe picture setting done for zee studio and zee cafe from encoders is improper and it displays whiteness in picture and fadeness. please rectify it as soon as possible so that we can view proper picture quality. the channel is relaying properly from broadcaster in my friend's airtel digital tv connection there is no whiteness or fadeness in picture. the settings nees to b altered on encoders of these channels by ur team at uplinking centre to resolve the issue4- the star news active trigger disturbs the pleasure of viewing as it comes over the headlines red banner of star news and we cant read the news properly. active new trigger should b kept below star news logo which will the best place for it.the last point needs a software upgrade for addition of the features5- also i have seen that tata sky has started applying dynamic range compression and automatic volume level on ausio of all channels which is really bad as all high pitch sound effecys get lost and the real joy of listening to music or events is completely diminished. plz remove dynamic range compression and automatic volume level from all channels so that we receive good quality sound. i really want this to happen asap as ur team may think that as most people dont complain then we will not do anything but reality is that most people r not technically so well versed to know these things but as a responsible company, it should b ur duty that even if 10 customers like me have told u about these type of issues which can enhance tv experience for all, it should b done .lastly , plz dont apply deblocking on picture which has lead to picture completely loosing sharpness on all channels. ur team applies deblocking to blocks in decoded video to improve visual quality and prediction performance by smoothing the sharp edges which can form between macroblocks when block codingtechniques are used. The filter aims to improve the appearance of decoded pictures but this is really bad as whole viual appearance of crisp images is lost specially in fast scenes and picture appears washy. plz plz plz do the needful for all of these issues connected to picture and audio as its very essential, dont take it as a one off feedback, take it seriously and work on it . i want to see results as i m sorry to say but i give so many good and innovative feedback to u always but nothing is taken seriously and thats a gross mistake. as out of lakhs of ur customers, only .1 percent would take out time , research , think and send feedback to u for benefit of all but if tata sky thinks customers like me r just a minority and all people r happy ,just 10 r complaining then i m sorry to say but ur thinking is wrong . most people r selfish as well as technically challenged and wont complain ever bcoz they r just after getting max channels at low cost.customers like me feel really bad that our feedback is not valued despite being so benefitting and is throen into dustbin saying that we r handful and majority r happy, majority r unaware of things and that should not b taken as being happy or otherwise5- preset volume adjustment and channel resume functionthe standard definition set top boxes have a feature to set a preset stb volume so that when stb is switched or is switched on after light goes and comes, volume stays at the preset value adjusted. but in hd and hd plus stb volume goes to full when stb is switched on or when light comes back. it is urgently needed that volume preset option is given in hd and hd plus stb thru software upgrade. also if possible have a channel resume function so that when stb is switched on it directly goes on the channel on which it was switched off. both these features if brought will bring great convinience for every customer specially as so much load shedding happens everywherelastly plz try to add mh1 shradhha, mastii, big cbs spark, movies now,nat geo adventure, aditya tv, captain tv, taranga music, sarthak tv, god tv, ptc chak de, maa movies, maa music to ur platfom as these r the most important channels missing on tata sky. atleast important channels missing should b given asap. remove showcase promo and showcase channel no. 374 from ur platform, use 371 for eng movies, 372 for hindi movies and 373 for regional movies, divide 3 slots on each channel for morning,day and night movies. tata sky really needs to learn to use space effectivvely, u cant make excuses of less space and give useless showcase promo and 374 ch showcase to us. also if possible remove india tv, news 24,mgm. and add other good channels which r missing.i have formulated important channels needed in tata sky thru polls on various forums so dont think its just my feedback, i always give feedback which will help keep happy all of ur subscribers but surely action is needed asap as i have really no answers to people asking me why tata sky cant give even important channels and gives useless channels effortlessly. if u will give important channels,it will help level this negativism in ur customer;s minds, if u do not it will grow and responsible customers like me would feel more helplessi have continuosly tried to help the company by giving important feedback time and again so that the problems can b modified and every customers gets the best experience by using tata sky. plz forward this feedback to ur uplinking technical team so that its resolved soon,they can directly interact with me if they want to.thank you
 
i meant the knowledge of technical stuff about video nd compression. macroblocks nd coding techniques etc etc....have u worked with some dth company before???

bapun raz really do u have knowlwdge, i did not dee any where. if u want to take limelight b open. well dear sean i m just a responsible customer who is technically well versed and i take it as my duty to help the company i m asociated with which will benefit all. regarding ur point of menu., can u explain in detail , i will surely forward it to senior authorities aS well as tell ur friends to join ''i love my Tata Sky'' community on facebook for news about tata sky and answer to ur queries
