Technically its fair, but on Principle grounds, BJP does not have that right. They are simply poaching independent MLAs by luring them benefits if they join BJP.
BJP tried same in BMC elections, but Shivsena proved stronger then them, besides BJP may have looked for bigger goals like Presidential elections and Rajya Sabha strength over Mumbai mayor post, so they withdrew there.
