Still didn't reply. I don't think they are going to. I ended up purchasing it, since I needed to use GPS for a custom route and for some utterly inexplicable reason, the android version of Google maps does not allow either waypoints or setting of a custom route.

Why do they need Handset make, Mobile OS and IMEI number for activating license. Can't they just do it via Google Play?

right. they should be able to verify that you paid for the previous app from your google id. i think.

LOL, I had forwarded them the Google Play receipt for that purchase. Anyway I am sending it to them.

A bit skeptical in sharing the IMEI number.
