Yes a good watch - though slightly predictable for me - I mean no major surprises if you have seen the trailer - but a good watch.
Call me a cheapskate, but did not buy anything in theatre - but shocked to see a bill of around 1400 for a couple of Pepsis and large popcorn for whom I went with - I had heard of exhorbitant pricing, but was thinking the bill for those items to be more near 800 or something even after accounting for the overpricing, but still got surprised.
Right, In multiplexes its now up to 250 (that's what we paid per head approx) . Also Imax I was seeing price around 550 when booking. So things have changed somewhat
I remembered that I did watch a below avg Tamil movie last year with friends in last minute & yes we paid around 100-150 bucks per head.
And yeah even now I can see prices at 60-100-170-190 range for a regular Tamil movie in a single screen theatre (twin-screen) , but even there I don't remember popcorn pepsi being so expensive - but I guess these movies, even the worst ones run a few days/weeks & they make some money in quantity and also I guess maintenance is average in such theatres.
Marvel's ensemble superhero pic 'Thunderbolts*' debuted to an even bigger $86.1 million overseas for a global launch of $162.1 million as it kicks off the summer box office.
