Last night as I was going to bed I got the "80% data consumed" message from Airtel, I track my usage regularly, so I knew something was wrong. Since it was late at night I decided to put it off till the morning. I wake up today to see that 99% of my 150GB data have been used up! Checked further details there is a log entry between 1:19am and 1:50am showing a total download of 73GB and ~2GB upload. That is a total of 75GB in 30Mins! So doing the math, according to their system I managed a cool 350Mbps speed or their system screwed up big time!

Called cust care after this, who said to they can't do much but take screenshot of this anomally and mail it to 121. Did the same and also mailed airtel presence while I was at it. Now the wait begins to see how they respond to this.

I don't know what you mean. Airtel has the highest quality network in the world and its totally possible to download 75Gb on their awesomely priced internet plans. They have 1Gbps speed regularly for their broadband users which is totally not possible anywhere in the world

There was something fishy last night, however I was charged 16.75GB, for a window on 1 hour 24 mins
and I noticed it few moments back, Haven't raised a ticket for this yet.

From To Upload Download Total
00:26:17 01:50:58 1.17 GB 15.58 GB 16.75 GB

I clearly remember, I was not working or downloading stuff last night, PC was off, all family members were fast asleep.
my wifi password is a very very complex one, I already know a bit of kali linux, so I cannot take that someone broke my complex
password which is next to impossible for a dictionary attack to compromise.

Edit: just noticed your session also ended at 1:50AM, certainly a technical glitch.

what exactly do u mean by stuck.

its not calculating after that ?

I think this has happened to me too. Where are you guys checking the log data for usage? The app doesn't give it in detail, only how much is remaining. The site goes stuck on loading and doesn't work when I log in.
