most of the time the money is returned back into their account and they do not really bother,we need to push them and pressurise them.also you can take the UTR ID to your bank to clear things on your side.One of my vendor has bunch is illiterate thugs who did not know how to read statement and blamed their bank ICICI bank for the same.I had to use my inside contact to look into their statement and send them a copy of it to show them their incompetency.
