Messed up. Need some help

Hi,

So for the past few days, I ditched my wind 4 and started using JIO sim in OnePlus 2. Was using both airtel and JIO in it. Today, I started playing with *#*#4636#*#* i.e. phone information and i turned data on and off and suddenly now only one sim works. Currently JIO sim working but my main airtel sim isnt working. If i take out JIO sim, then airtel sim starts working.

Tried everything including hard reset, wipe cache, but nothing is helping. Any leads?

Both sims must be on LTE as preferred network.You can only use one sim for mobile data.

That I know. For the past week, I was using both sims for data (obviously one at a time). The issue is different this time.

@salaxzar Go to testing menu again by dialing *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Information > tap the 3 dots at top right corner > Select radio band > now tap on Automatic. It should be fixed.
