so from the looks of it, their own refills are basically containers that you put in the machine like air purifier filters.

I have 3 manual dispensers installed in my house, incl kitchen. All of them working great for last 3 years. U use regular handwash with them. Has been really useful in corona times. We wash all poly packaged items, incl milk etc, with handwash after bringing them home.
