got mine today. looks like it came completely discharged. it is too big to be placed in a toothbrush holder. manual has a couple of warnings regarding recharging. do not leave it on charging for too long. use a 5w charger and so on. 4 hour charging time claimed. 700mah battery. 25 day life claimed. remains to be seen.

they have not added replacement heads yet. expected but kind of frustrating. since i cannot even import them from AliExpress for a while. i do not think i can go back to regular toothbrushes now.

lol. wrote to mi customer care about this issue and the response i got was that i should visit the service center for the replacement parts once the lockdown is over. also got a call where the guy basically said the same thing. even though i tried hard to explain that this is not a service support issue. the replacement i need is not something that is covered under warranty, it is a consumable. but no change. he continued to say that i should visit the service center and they would provide me with any part i need.

i should just place an order on AliExpress. it might not even arrive for a few months or ever but at least it's worth trying!

looking at this i am not sure i would recommend anyone to go for their recently announced robot vacuum lol.
