There's not a single goddamn phone under 10k with decent processor,1GB ram and good build quality. If lumia 520 can be of good build then certainly other manufacturers can do it,

520 has its own issues. Does not get all new features from Nokia. Does not run all WP apps.

520's biggest issue is its OS.
But Iam talking about a phone with decent build quality and a decent processor and 1GB ram under 10k which android seems to be lacking.
