probably has better performance that Moto Turbo on 5.0.2
anyways. the latest rumor is that droid turbo would get 5.1 on june 10. which would be kind of awkward because verizon is generally the last to update a model to newer android builds. no indication when moto turbo would get 5.1.
motorola is currently busy updating moto e (2014&2015), moto x (2013) and moto g 4g to 5.1. only after completing these they will start thinking about updating other devices on 5.0.2 to 5.1/5.1.1
in case of droid turbo, verizon is pushing motorola to include volte and hence it is getting 5.1 directly. whereas for moto turbo there is no such requirement
for a company which just has like 7 models in the market... motorola is proving that things are not the same under lenovo management. samsung has been doing much better. in fact, Sony has started releasing android 5.1 for the original z phone and tablet.
even though there are only 7/8 models, each model is having dozens of variants and motorola is taking a lot of time updating each variant individually. for example, they released 5.0.2 update for Moto G India and Brazil variants on 22nd jan and completed updating Moto G Retail U.S variant on 20th may
