I hate websites which changes the price when you add a item to cart.
Displaying a lower or unrealistic price on welcome page should be banned and penalized.

It shows me the same price Rs. 6,299 on adding it to the cart.

It seems Unite 2 is getting 5.0 upgrade.

I don't see official update notification even after manually checking on unite 2.

However there's a ROM floating in the market which is Lollipop for A106, I'll be flashing it in a day or two and would post back with results and screenshots.

A friend needed a new phone today itself so we went shopping to local mobile distributor who help all friends in getting the phones on cheaper than retail price.

He had Micromax Unite 2, 8GB Variant with Android 4.4.2 @ Rs.5600/- but he said, he's already getting new shipments from company which has Android Lollipop Factory installed, it was late and his godown was closed by that time, so we came back and might pick up tomorrow evening.

and I am now trying to flash the Android Lollipop on my Unite 2 which is few months old.
will post how it goes.

Flashed the phone with lollipop ROM and its quite good but includes all the bloatware.
Will be rooting it tonight and remove junk.

RAM usage is acceptable and i currently didn't noticed any big issues.
