Also. Microsoft does not own Nokia right now. The deal is only going to complete by next year.
Also the latest rumors in the market is that Microsoft is trying to discard the Nokia's Tablet Project because it would have competed against their own Surface.
There are also reports that Microsoft is planning to discontinue most of the Asha branded touchscreen devices as well.

Both, BB and Nokia failed to adapt with changing trends of Mobile market, and now both met their end :)
I read somewhere that every brand dies after few decade. May be BB and Nokia are one of those.

Nokia's Lumia and Asha brands will be owned by Microsoft once the deal is complete, while Nokia patents will be licensed to Microsoft for the next 10 years. Microsoft hasn't revealed any plans for the future of the division yet.
So only "Lumia" and "Asha" brands would be owned by MS? What about brand "Nokia"? Would Nokia continue to use "Nokia" for their other products in telecom and mapping?

Microsoft does not get the right to use Nokia.
The deal might allow them to use it during the transition period but Microsoft I think would switch to a different branding as soon as possible.
And do not be shocked if it turns out to be Xbox :D
