Hey guys. I had taken up a new post paid connection and paid advanced rental for 4 months. the speeds aren't so great and wanted to take the time based prepaid plans which offer much better speeds.Talked to tata cc and they say that you cannot make a shift from a postpaid to a prepaid plan. You need to take a separate connection for that and pay afresh. NO money adjustment nothing. Has anyone on this forum managed to change from a postpaid to prepaid plan and if so , would request you to shed some light on how you managed to do it.Thanks a tonne
